T.M. “Chuck” Davis
Chairman and CEO

Mr. Davis, founder of TMD Technologies, has over 30 years of progressive experience in both technical and management activities relating to application of scientific methods to resolution of real world problems. In addition to his background in environmental and remediation work, Chuck also brings significant experience and knowledge from his work in the timber, wood and paper products industries. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Southern Mississippi.



Robert S. Whitaker, P.E.
Director of Systems Engineering

Mr. Whitaker brings over 25 years of design and management experience in the field of civil engineering. Process design focusing on various wastewater and water issues has been the focus of projects managed and designed by Robert. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master of Civil Engineering, with a Minor in Public Administration from North Carolina State University. He is a Registered Professional Engineer licensed in 8 states.



Bridget Pitre LaBorde
Vice-President of Operations

Ms. LaBorde has over 10 years of experience in civil engineering design and management focusing on water, wastewater and drainage projects. Bridget has spent the past 10 years focusing on the sales and marketing of various technical products and services. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Louisiana State University.



Jerry Roberts
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Roberts has been a CPA for over 25 years working for a national public accounting firm, as well as public and private companies. Jerry has extensive experience in finance, accounting, developing and implementing long-term financial and strategic business plans, annual operating plans, financial reporting and information systems, investment analysis, and internal control procedures.



Jules Maraist
Operations Director

Mr. Maraist has over 30 years experience in manufacturing processes and production operations. Previously, Jules was the founder and president of a very successful specialty light manufacturing company. He was responsible for the establishment of a full-scale distribution program and implemented a quality ISO program.



Thomas R. Holt
Sr. VP – Product & Business Development

Mr. Holt has over 30 years of general business and management experience in the manufacturing, food/hospitality, multi-unit retail, distribution, IT, and financial services industries. Tommy’s experiences include senior leadership assignments with multi-billion-dollar international companies, independent consulting with firms of varying sizes, and entrepreneurial business development endeavors with IT, construction, human resource management, real estate development and financial services start-up ventures. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Math from the University of South Carolina.
